Injection Moulding Manufacturing
At Harry Masons we have built up a sound reputation for consistent quality and reliability, we have a range of machines covering capacities from 20 to 200 tonnes.
Our moulding processes compliment one another in that our numerous markets are typically low to medium volume applications. We mould a wide variety of parts and components in batches ranging between 20 and over 10,000 parts per order, with large warehouse facilities we are able to supply offshelf components in a "just in time" supply chain management system.
At Masons Mouldings we mould engineering plastics in various colours, using a range of materials, including polyesters, polycarbonates, ABS, Acetal, Nylon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC.
Within each group of plastics materials different levels of performance are available. Additional strength may be gained through the addition of fillers, such as talc or glass, in many cases. Also additives to improve UV stability, flame retarding or to provide antimicrobial properties may also be used.
Injection moulded items have successfully replaced many metal parts at a fraction of the original cost, while boasting a durability which at times exceeds the former metal component. With injection mouldings, lead times can be significantly reduced therefore resulting in a better, efficient and cost effective final product.
We are committed to provide an excellent customer service and with continued investment in the latest machine tools planned, we believe we have the right formula.

We can assist in which is the perfect choice of plastic for your application,
and there are a number of blends of different materials, e.g. PC/ABS, designed to achieve the best performance properties of the two individual components.
